The Heart of the Hospital
As a Veterinary Customer Service Representative, you'll help create the first and last impression clients have of our hospital.
You'll help with:
- Greeting clients and patients with warmth and compassion
- Answering phones and helping pet owners navigate their questions and concerns
- Scheduling appointments and keeping the day running smoothly
- Supporting clients during both happy visits and difficult moments
- Managing records and handling transactions accurately
- Working closely with doctors, technicians, and assistants to provide seamless care
- Creating a welcoming experience that keeps clients coming back year after year
